We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone who excels in logistics, planning, and process improvement, and thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, inventory, logistics, distribution)
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock
• Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage risks and resolve supply chain disruptions proactively
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Implement and improve systems, tools, and processes for supply chain management

✅ Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand planning
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Based in France with legal authorization to work full-time
