The Registration & Regulatory Affairs Department is looking for a Biorational Active Substance Registration Manager based in Europe
Main accountabilities
In a complex and continuously evolving European regulatory environment, ensure and maintain approval of the assigned biorational active substances and the authorization of the corresponding biorational plant protection products which may include plant growth regulators, microbial plant protection products, plant extracts, biostimulants and biocides. Maintain a relationship with the global headquarters for biorational products located in the United States (VBS).
Main responsibilities will include:
- Define and implement for the active substances and related products under your responsibility the registration strategy in Europe, Middle East and Africa in coordination with the Project Team (Marketing and Development).
- Obtain and maintain approval/renewal of the assigned active substances in EU.
- Obtain and maintain registrations of assigned plant protection products in close cooperation with all stakeholders.
- Ensure qualitative regulatory information is available and filled in on time in the electronic management tools.
- Ensure the active substance European dossiers and zonal dossiers are submitted according to the agreed planning and budget.
- Defend the active substance approvals and renewals in front of EU authorities.
- Maintain effective communication with the R&RA Regional Team, Marketing/Development Teams and other departments within the SCAE organization.
- Proactive participation at industry associations
The position will report directly to the Biorational Active Substances Team leader.
