• I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a global law firm, for a Legal Assistant (H/F) based in Paris. This is a permanent position.
This role will require daily interactions with partners and clients. Consequently, a high level of personal confidence and professionalism is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to a team of lawyers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones where applicable.
• Draft, format, and proofread documents, correspondence, and presentations in accordance with firm standards.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional and responsive approach.
• Support lawyers with matter opening, conflict checks, and general administrative processes.
• Assist with client relationship management tasks, including updating databases and preparing client materials.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
