Job Responsibilities
- Manage core Key Accounts across France, overseeing the full sales value chain (pricing strategy, product portfolio, promotion planning, inventory management, etc.) as well as building and maintaining long-term, trusting customer relationships, to ensure the achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Support the daily management and business development of selected key accounts in France, identifying growth opportunities and implementing tailored sales strategies to expand cooperation depth and market share.
- Handle end-to-end key account sales operations, including but not limited to: product listing and lifecycle maintenance in French retail channels, sales data collection, analysis and reporting, regular business review meetings with key clients, inventory planning and replenishment coordination, in-store retail execution (in close collaboration with the local retail team), as well as the planning, execution and effect evaluation of sales and promotional activities aligned with French market habits and festivals.
- Coordinate closely with the French local team and global headquarters to ensure the smooth implementation of company strategies, product launches and promotional campaigns in the French market.
Candidate Requirements
- Solid sales experience, with a proven track record in key account management; background in consumer electronics or home appliances is a strong plus, especially with experience in the French retail market.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-tasking environment, with strong problem-solving skills, a results-driven mindset and the ability to adapt to market changes quickly.
- Positive, proactive and customer-oriented, with excellent communication, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work closely with both local French teams and global headquarters.
- Strong business acumen, market insight and a continuous improvement mindset, able to identify customer needs and market trends to drive business growth.
- Native-level French and fluent English; English is used as the working language for global communication; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- Able to work on-site in Paris, France (or other designated French office locations as required by the business).
