You will be the primary link between the Program’s Change Management team and the local teams (Agencies and Finance CSPs) across France. Your mission is to secure "last-mile" adoption by being a visible, supportive, and proactive presence on-site.
Location: Regional assignments with frequent travel to local agencies and Finance CSPs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. On-the-Ground Communication & Engagement
• Local Relay: Adapt and deliver central communication messages to make them relevant for local agency staff and finance teams.
• Awareness: Organize and facilitate local "Town Halls," coffee corners, or "Lunch & Learn" sessions to build project buy-in.
• Feedback Loop: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the program, reporting local resistance or concerns back to the central team.
2. Training Logistics & Delivery
• Logistics Coordination: Ensure that local training rooms, equipment, and user access are ready before sessions begin.
• Training Facilitation: Lead or co-facilitate end-user training sessions, ensuring participants master the new Oracle Cloud processes.
• Attendance Tracking: Monitor training completion rates within your assigned perimeter.
3. On-Site User Support (Hyper-care)
• Proximity Support: Provide "at-the-desk" assistance to users during the critical weeks following the Go-Live.
• Troubleshooting: Help users navigate the new system, using Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) and training materials to reinforce autonomy.
• Champion Network: Identify and coach local "Super Users" to ensure long-term sustainability after your mission ends.
4. Field Reporting & Monitoring
• Adoption KPIs: Track local adoption metrics (e.g., login rates, error frequencies) and report progress weekly.
• Logistics Reporting: Provide daily updates during intense deployment phases to the Change Management lead.

🛠 Candidate Profile
• Experience: 2–5 years in training, field coordination, or operational change management, ideally in a decentralized environment (industrial, retail, or multi-site services).
• Skills:
o Communication: Excellent public speaking and pedagogical skills.
o Mobility: Strong appetite for field work; national travel is a core requirement of the role.
o Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint/Teams and an ability to quickly learn the Oracle Cloud interface.
• Soft Skills:
