Unison International is partnering with a prestigious luxury brand to appoint a Store Manager for their flagship boutique in Paris—one of the world’s most iconic luxury retail destinations.

This role calls for a refined leader who embodies luxury, drives commercial excellence, and delivers an elevated client experience to a global, high-net-worth clientele.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Drive boutique performance, sales, and profitability

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing luxury retail team

• Deliver exceptional, personalized client experiences (HNI/VIC focus)

• Ensure excellence in visual merchandising and brand storytelling

• Oversee store operations, inventory, and compliance standards

🔹 Ideal Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in luxury retail

• Proven track record in managing flagship or high-revenue boutiques

• Strong exposure to international and high-value clientele

• Fluency in French and English is essential

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Strong business acumen with a hands-on approach

• Build long-term client relationships through strategic clienteling
