How It All Started


In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry- defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world’s first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem and various smart devices.

Your journey ahead:

When joining us, we expect you to shape our EU sales strategy together with the global sales strategy as well as bringing them to life. You will be responsible for exponential growth with our multiple strategic key accounts/ partners in Europe. You will be working closely with the entire European team as well as our global sales team.



Your Challenges:


1. Identify new B2B business opportunities in the construction and municipal sectors, and implement business development initiatives to expand high-quality sales channels for EcoFlow’s energy storage solutions.

2. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to capture key account opportunities, expand market share in France and Germany, and achieve assigned sales targets.

3. Organize and participate in offline sales activities, industry exhibitions, business forums and key customer events to enhance brand influence and customer engagement.

4. Establish and maintain long-term, stable relationships with key clients and decision-makers in target industries, and continuously optimize channel quality.

5. Ensure sales forecast accuracy and align with product and internal teams. Optimize channel structure and resource allocation to improve overall business efficiency.

6. Proactively collect customer needs and market feedback, and provide insights to internal teams for continuous optimization of sales strategies and solution offerings.



Your profile includes:


1. Bachelor's Degree holder or above.

2. With 5 years’ or above relevant experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in energy storage, generator, power tools, building materials or electrical distribution.

3. Proven experience in dealing with key accounts in the construction and municipal sectors, with existing high-quality client resources preferred.

4. Self-motivated, team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

5. Working proficiency in English; native proficiency in French or German is preferred.

6. Business travel is required.
