Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Consultant, focusing on an e-invoicing project in the pharmaceuticals industry. The role involves executing configuration, validation, and testing activities within SAP SD to support e-invoicing reforms and related processes.

• Location: Project to be conducted remotely from France only. Remote with only 1 or 2 trips to the client’s office in Bordeaux.
• Duration: Full Time - START date 11th May 2026 – End date: 17th July 2026 (possible extensions). Candidate must be fully available during the project duration.

Role and project scope

• The consultant will execute SAP scope for an e-invoicing project, handling export of customer invoices from SAP R/3 4.6C to the client's e-invoicing platform, managing multiple implementation lots.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibilities include enhancing the SD data model for e-invoicing, reintegrating service-related FI invoices into the SD flow, creating outbound interfaces for customer invoices, and automating alternative customer invoice outputs via SAP.
• Each lot involves configuration, testing, validation, and collaboration with technical teams.

Required skills and experience

• Candidates must have over six years as SAP SD Functional Consultants, with expertise in billing/invoice data models, customer master data, document and billing types, service article setup, and integration with interface teams.
• Fluency in French and English for client interaction and offshore coordination is required. Experience in compressed delivery timelines is also emphasized.

Desirable differentiators

• Knowledge of French e-invoicing reforms, exposure to SAP PI/PO integration projects, outbound invoice interfaces, and experience with older SAP ECC or R/3 systems are considered advantages.
