A leading medical device company in the diabetes technology sector is seeking a Sales Manager to support the growth and adoption of advanced insulin pump and diabetes-management solutions across France.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve territory targets.
Build strong relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and other HCPs.
Deliver product training for HCPs, patients, and caregivers.
Provide expert clinical guidance on insulin pump therapy and diabetes-management technologies.
Identify new business opportunities and support long-term customer engagement.
Represent the company at events, trainings, and medical conferences.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation and uphold regulatory compliance.
Requirements
3 + years’ experience in diabetes care, endocrinology, or medical device sales.
Strong knowledge of diabetes management (pumps, CGMs, AID systems, carb counting, emergency protocols).
Excellent communication and clinical education skills.
Ability to work independently and travel up to 80% within France.
Nursing, Dietitian, or related clinical background preferred.
Fluent French
Valid driver’s license.
