Clinical Research Associate (CRA) – German & French Speaking

As a growing European healthcare organization, we’re looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) fluent in German, with advanced English and French to join our international team.

We are open to receiving applications from experienced CRAs or recent graduates from scientific disciplines, provided that the candidates have the required language skills. Thorough training in clinical research guidelines and company SOPs will be provided, as well as shadowing of more experienced members of the Monitoring team.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor clinical trial sites in Germany and France
• Support communication with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), including documentation and submissions
• Collaborate with investigators and clinical teams to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Assist in developing SOPs, templates, and study documentation in line with regulatory standards
• Contribute to the overall quality and integrity of clinical trials

What We’re Looking For

• BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree
• Some initial clinical research or clinical training experience (desired but not required)
• Fluency in German, advanced English and French
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
• Strong customer focus
