Key Responsibilities

  • Build creative testing structures that honor both brand aesthetics and performance rigor
  • Translate campaign data into clear insights that elevate future strategy and strengthen brand resonance
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and brand teams to ensure all messages reflect Cartier’s identity with precision
  • Lead daily budget pacing, KPI monitoring, and performance forecasting with transparency and discipline
  • Stay attuned to emerging digital trends while safeguarding the integrity of the Cartier experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with proven results
  • A refined understanding of performance marketing principles and luxury customer behavior
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to convert data into thoughtful recommendations
  • Clear, elegant communication skills — written and verbal
  • A self-directed working style that thrives in a remote, independent environment
  • Sensitivity to brand identity, storytelling, and visual nuance
