What You’ll Own:

✨ Drive store sales, targets & profitability

✨ Lead boutique operations with excellence

✨ Build VIP/HNI client & stylist relationships

✨ Manage team hiring, training & performance

✨ Ensure world-class luxury service standards

✨ Oversee stock, VM, launches & exclusive events
