With our 2026 goals in mind, we are looking for a Enterprise Account Executive.


About the Role

The Enterprise Account Executive (New Logo Acquisition) is a customer-facing role within the sales team, focused on identifying, engaging, and securing new customers.


This position is responsible for driving net-new business by prospecting target accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.


This role requires a deep understanding of customer challenges to position our load testing solutions effectively, accelerate product adoption, and deliver clear business value.


The Account Executive leads the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to contract signature - while ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong foundation for future growth.


In close collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams, the Account Executive acts as the voice of the prospect internally, helping shape solutions that align with market needs and ensuring a fast, reliable path to customer satisfaction.


Your Profile:

  • 6+ years in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption, value realization and advocacy within a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment.
  • Energetic, upbeat, agile, tenacious and team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, online, in writing) and adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
  • You speak English fluently. You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You love solving technical problems and thrive on bringing creative solutions to our customers.
  • Highly motivated to learn and develop your sales skills in a fast-growing tech company.


Strong Bonus if you:

  • Have experience with open source technologies, or testing, DevSecOps or observability concepts, practices and tooling.
  • Have worked with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
  • Speak French (Gatling is a French company).


Further information:

  • Type of contract: Permanent contract. Fixed-day basis at 218 days.
  • Gross salary: Competitive salary based on experience and skillset

  1. A 30-min profile interview with Chloé, the Head of HR, to get to know each other better.
  2. A 60-min skills interview with Antoine, the CRO to discuss your background, experience and motivations.
  3. A 30-min cultural fit interview with 2 people from the Sales team to discuss your work style and team dynamics.
  4. A 90-min case study interview with Antoine, the CRO and Paul-Henri, the CEO to evaluate your hard and soft skills.
  5. Final discussion if you've received an offer.
