B2B/Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist (Global) – English & Spanish Speaker


Location: Remote – France based (supporting international scope)

Scope: Mexico & Romania (priority), with potential support to other regions

Start date: Immediate

Duration: 3 minimum

Contract: Freelance / B2B


Flexitech is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong international exposure to support high-volume and strategic recruitment activities across multiple regions, with a focus on Mexico and Romania.


This role is open to fully remote and requires close collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams across different countries. The mission focuses on end-to-end recruitment execution (excluding offer negotiation and closing), ensuring an efficient and high-quality candidate pipeline.


Main responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (excluding closing phase) for multiple countries
  • Source and attract candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach, etc.)
  • Conduct screening interviews (HR qualification, competencies, motivation)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and strategic roles
  • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders across regions
  • Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment activity and pipeline status
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market dynamics
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies


Profile required

  • Experience in industrial, engineering, or corporate environments is a plus
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition in an international environment
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (ideally Mexico and/or Eastern Europe)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, direct approach)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
