Position Overview

As the Sales manager for the French market, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive regional sales strategy. Your core mission is to build, develop, and enable a high-performing network of distributors and key installers. You will drive market share growth and establish our brand as a leader in the French residential and small commercial PV segment, delivering sustainable business results.


Key Responsibilities

1.Strategy & Planning: Analyze the French PV market and regulations, identify key opportunities, and create targeted sales plans.

2. Channel Development: Find, sign up, train, and support a network of distributors and top-tier installers across France.

3. Sales Execution: Meet sales targets by managing the sales pipeline and driving growth through the partner network.

4. Partner Enablement: Provide partners with product training and marketing tools to help them succeed.

5. Marketing & Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote the brand and gather market feedback for the product team.

6. Operations: Manage sales forecasts, work with other departments (support, logistics), and ensure all activities comply with local laws.


Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor/Master's degree in engineering or business

2. Several years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in PV industry at France.

3. Advanced skills in negotiating contracts and building strategic, long-term partnerships with major accounts.

4. Bilingual speaker in English and French
