IT Operations Team Leader, responsible for leading frontline operations teams

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the team to manage the IDC operations team (7 × 24 and 5 × 8)

• Coordinate daily duty, work order circulation, and emergency response

• Coordinate TPM, customer, and on-site teams to ensure SLA achievement

• Optimize SOP/SOP processes to improve delivery quality and efficiency

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in computer/network/computer room operation and maintenance

• More than 3 years of IDC/IT operation, maintenance or management experience

• Fluent in French and Chinese
