Human Resources Business Partner


Our consultancy is seeking for a key client in the services/retail sector:

The Challenge

Our client needs to incorporate a strategic HRBP who will act as a true Business Partner, serving as the HR reference point in a dynamic, growing multi-site environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of reference for managers on all HR matters
  • Advise and intervene proactively and correctively in complex situations (absenteeism, turnover, underperformance, HSE issues...)
  • Oversee HR administrative management and lead the on-site HR team
  • Develop managers' skills in best practices and labor regulations
  • Ensure consistency of disciplinary procedures and participate in disciplinary interviews when necessary
  • Collaborate on workforce planning and payroll control
  • Drive cross-functional projects (CSR, diversity policy, employer branding...)


Your Profile

  • Education: Master's degree in HR or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role in a multi-site environment (ideally services/retail)
  • Knowledge: Strong command of labor law and strategic business vision
  • Skills: Proactivity, rigor, results-oriented approach, and Business Partner mindset
  • Languages: Very high level of English
  • Mobility: Driver's license (B) + availability for occasional national travel
