Payroll Manager

We are currently searching for a Payroll Manager to join a Payroll Team with a client of ours in France.

Start: ASAP

Location: On-site in Paris

Languages: French + English

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to €90,000 per year

Role/Responsibilities

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• 10+ years of experience in Payroll and HR environments, preferably in multinational or complex organizational structures.
• Demonstrated success in system migrations, particularly HCM to SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 10 or more staff, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to the Netherlands for business and project needs.
