Project Manager – Datacenter & SAP Migration

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead a major datacenter and SAP migration program — driving planning, coordination, and execution across global teams. You’ll own delivery from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, secure transition to a new infrastructure environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage the full project roadmap and execution plan.
• Oversee all migration phases: hardware setup, OS deployment, IP reconfiguration, and testing.
• Align technical, business, and vendor teams around key milestones.
• Lead communication, change management, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive end-to-end testing and validation of systems and interfaces.
• Manage risks, budget, and resources to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Track progress, report KPIs, and escalate issues proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience managing large-scale infrastructure or SAP migration projects.
• Solid understanding of datacenter operations, networking, and system integration.
• Skilled in vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Comfortable leading international, multi-team environments.
