We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR senior manager to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- 360° Recruitment Cycle: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment assignments, from taking detailed job briefings from clients to final offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Headhunting: Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates through direct methods, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry events.
- Candidate Management: Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Provide expert coaching and market guidance.
- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the luxury retail market, including key players, market trends, and salary benchmarks in France.
- Intercultural Bridge: Leverage your bilingual and bicultural skills to effectively mediate between French corporate culture and candidate expectations, ensuring a perfect match.
Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory)
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese. Must also be fluent in French (C1 level minimum) and English.
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within an executive search firm, HR department, or a staffing agency. Prior experience in the luxury, retail, or fashion industry is a significant plus.
- Location: Must be based in France, with a strong preference for the Paris region.
