French-speaking senior consultant with deep LAN expertise and solid infrastructure knowledge, capable of leading datacenter architecture projects with a strong consulting posture.

Architect role:

🧠 Core Technical Expertise (80% LAN Focus)

• LAN Architecture & Design: Proven experience designing and implementing complex LAN environments in datacenter settings.
• Network Configuration & Optimization: Skilled in routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Security & Access Control: Familiarity with network security protocols, segmentation, and compliance standards.
• Disaster Recovery & Redundancy Planning: Ability to design fault-tolerant systems and ensure high availability.

🛠️ Infrastructure & Automation Knowledge (20%)

• Systems Understanding: Solid grasp of server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), storage solutions, and cloud integration.
• Automation Tools: Experience with tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet for infrastructure automation.
• Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Familiarity with datacenter monitoring tools and performance optimization strategies.

🗣️ Consulting & Communication Skills

• French Fluency: Native or fluent French speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Consulting Posture: Demonstrates professionalism, autonomy, and the ability to advise clients effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

📍 Experience & Background

• Minimum 5–10 Years in Datacenter Projects: Preferably in French enterprise environments.
• Local Market Familiarity: Ideally has worked in France for several years and understands local consulting expectations.
• Certifications: Cisco (CCNP/CCIE), PMP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
