An exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner has arisen with a global leader in secure identity and manufacturing innovation, based in Paris.

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the global manufacturing operations. You will partner closely with manufacturing leadership teams to lead workforce planning, change management, and cultural transformation across global sites.

This is a hybrid role, required onsite 3 days a week.

Experience of the HR Business Partner will include:

• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leadership role
• Proven experience within the manufacturing industry
• Strong ability to manage complex organisational changes, e.g. office moves, new offices
• Fluency in both French and English
